About

Established in 1976

Eastdale Acres POA seeks to preserve and enhance the community in various ways, including developing and maintaining procedures for improvements over time using cost-effective methods, preserving the lake and green space, and supporting positive community interaction through social events and other means.

The mission of Eastdale Acres POA is to achieve our vision through effective cost management and sound investment of community funds for the entire community’s common good. We uphold our covenants to maintain and promote the natural landscape, including green space, blueways, and wooded areas, to preserve, protect and maintain the neighborhood aesthetics, be responsive to community initiatives, and strive to support common areas that contribute to maintaining property values.

Eastdale Acres POA is led by a Board of Directors, operates under the direction of the legal covenants, and enforces the legal governing documents of the POA. The board members are Eastdale Acres resident volunteers and strive to help ensure the long-term interests of the overall community and to protect the quality of life and the value of the individual properties.
