Eastdale Acres’ POA Park is located at the corner of Westway Drive South and Mayo Drive. Our park offers access to two lakes.

  • Lake Mayo – A private lake perfect for kayaking, canoeing, and trolling-motor-only fishing
  • Lake Palestine – Our community boat ramp will put you right into Lake Palestine. With a surface area of 25,560 acres and a maximum depth of 58 feet, Lake Palestine is perfect for boating, water skiing, canoeing, and fishing.

Members are able to bring guests to the amenities as long as the park rules are followed.

Lake Laura is another private lake in Eastdale Acres. You may access Lake Laura from the common area at the southeast corner of that lake. Tilapia has been stocked to help with the cleaning of Lake Laura, these fish are only catch and release from March through October

EASTDALE ACRES POA PARK RULES

Eastdale Acres POA Park is PRIVATE PROPERTY and for use of property owners, residents, and their guests only. Park is maintained by volunteers. Please do your part. If a problem arises, please call the Bullard Police Department at (903) 894-7788.

  • Guests must be accompanied by resident at all times.
  • Dues must be current to use the park.
  • Do not litter. You bring out what you brought in.
  • The park gate is always to be kept closed and locked.
  • Use of park and lakes are at your own risk.
  • Do not block boat ramp.
  • Maximum boat length – 14’
  • Only authorized vehicles (registered with Eastdale Acres POA) are allowed in the park.
  • Eastdale Acres membership stickers are to be displayed on all vehicles.
  • Pets must be at heel or on leash at all times. Please pick up after your pet.
  • All vehicles, including ATVs must stay on the road.
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • If gatherings will exceed 25 people, contact Eastdale Acres POA for prior approval.
  • No vehicle/trailer/overnight camping
  • Loud noise or music after 10pm is prohibited.
  • Anyone causing damage or engaging in endangering behavior may be suspended from park privileges.
  • Visitors are responsible for any damages caused by their use.
