Board of Director meetings are typically held quarterly.  The quarterly Board meetings are open to residents, and the meeting agenda is customarily available to the community the week before the meeting.  Members are afforded an opportunity to address the Board regarding an agenda topic at the beginning of each Board meeting. 

Board Members are elected by the Eastdale Acres residents at the annual meeting held the first Saturday in May.  Positions are elected on a rotating basis to provide for continuity from year to year.  Please review the Eastdale Acres ByLaws for specifics.
